The idea
It is called Happy Sauce because it is infused.
The wine was never about what we took out. It was about what we put in. Same here: every bottle in this line carries hemp-derived Delta-9, the heats and the mild two alike. The heat is a flavour decision. The infusion is the whole point.
Which makes this an adult product on a kitchen counter — so it ships 21+ with age verification, in a child-resistant bottle, and it never pretends to be anything else.

Source the heat
Habanero, scotch bonnet, ghost and reaper — picked for flavour first and heat second. A pepper that only burns is a cheap trick. We are still tasting growers.

Source the Delta-9
Every bottle in this line is infused — the heats and the mild two alike. That means hemp-derived Delta-9 held to the same standard as the wine: lab tested, batch documented, nothing that cannot be shown on paper.

In the kitchen
Our chemist runs the same bench that dialled in the wine. Mash, ferment, measure, taste, throw it out, start again. The hard part is not heat — it is holding an even dose across a bottle you are going to shake.

Every heat has to work on food, not on a spoon. Steak, eggs, fries, noodles. If it only tastes good as a dare, it does not make the lineup.

Not everyone
wants the dare.
Half of every table taps out at medium. So the same kitchen is working on two with no burn in them at all — same bottle, same label, same infusion. You skip the heat, not the point.
To be clear: these are 21+ like everything else in the line. No heat does not mean no Delta-9.

Slow-cooked tomato, a little vinegar sharpness, no corn syrup. Infused like the rest — it just does not fight you.

The plan is simple: when Happy Sauce lands, a sample goes in the box with every Loudmouth wine order. Both are infused, both are 21+, both already ship with age verification — so it rides along with the bottle you were buying anyway.

Questions
Is every item in the line infused?
Yes. Every bottle — all four heats, the house ketchup and the truffle honey mustard — is made with hemp-derived Delta-9. There is no uninfused version of Happy Sauce. That is what the name is about.
How strong is it?
The dose per serving has not been finalised, so we are not going to put a number on this page and change it later. It will be printed on the label and published here before anything goes on sale.
Who is allowed to buy it?
Adults 21 and over only, with age verification at checkout and on delivery where required, the same as the wine. State restrictions will apply.
Is it safe to keep in the kitchen?
It is designed to live on a counter, so it is designed to be handled like an adult product: a child-resistant cap, clear front-of-bottle marking, and lab-tested batches. Keep it away from children and pets, and do not drive after consuming.
Can I buy it now?
No. Happy Sauce is still in development and is not for sale. The list is the only way to hear when that changes.
When does it launch?
No date has been set. We would rather announce late than announce twice.
How much will it cost?
Not announced yet. Pricing goes out to the list before it goes anywhere else.
Are the names final?
No. First Word, Loud Talker, Last Word and No Comment are working names. List members get a say before they are locked.
Is there anything without heat?
Yes — a house ketchup and a truffle honey mustard are in development alongside the four heats. Same bottle, same label, no burn. They are still infused and still 21+; no heat does not mean no Delta-9.
Do I have to buy wine to get a sample?
The plan is that samples ship with wine orders at launch — both products are 21+ and already ship with age verification. Nothing is live yet, so there is nothing to qualify for today.
